Sterling Mason Corporation ("we", "our", or "us") collects physical blueprints, municipal zoning documents, corporate entity details, and contact information strictly for the purpose of evaluating and executing commercial real estate developments. We do not collect non-essential telemetry or digital usage data.

2. NDAs and Corporate Secrecy

All submitted architectural designs, blueprints, and feasibility studies are treated as highly confidential. Upon initiation of a project, a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed to protect your intellectual property and corporate expansion strategies.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information. Information is only shared with verified sub-contractors, municipal zoning boards, and legal entities directly involved in the construction and permitting of your specific asset.

4. Security Infrastructure

We implement physical and digital security protocols to protect project bids and financial transfers. All digital communications regarding structural engineering flaws or financial budgeting are encrypted end-to-end.
